Pizza Dough Cinnamon Sugar Chocolate Breakfast Ring
This recipe requires nothing more than pizza dough and a few pantry staples. It’s perfect for making a treat to feed a larger crowd. You could easily make two at a time and change up the inside toppings (wouldn’t blueberries or lemon curd be amazing inside?!)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (alternatively you can grease a cookie sheet).
  3. Spread pizza dough out onto parchment paper and press around gently to thin it out and even up the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the dough with sugar and then cinnamon, then dot with chocolate chips all over.
  5. Starting at one of the short ends, roll the pizza dough up into a log. Shape the pizza dough log into a circle and pinch the ends together.
  6. Sprinkle the top with a little bit more cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top and edges are golden brown and crusty looking.
  7. Meanwhile make the Icing: Add the maple syrup and vanilla to the powdered sugar and mix. Add water slowly until the icing is a good consistency to drizzle. Let the whole thing set for 5-10 minutes then slice and serve!
