After having my fourth baby, I felt like I had exhausted the “play gym” search and come up empty handed. I was looking for something fun and cute but not crazy loud and “babyish” if that makes sense. Everything I found was to the extreme of being loud and obnoxious OR so modern that it seemed void of anything that would be actually amusing or engaging for real babies. Clear and wooden baby gear items always look amazing in your living room but (in my experience) aren’t practical because babies just aren’t interested in them. Why couldn’t the play gym be something sleek AND functional? Nice to look at and engaging too? Versatile in it’s design and practical? I held off buying something while I was pregnant and then Lovevery sent Olive that perfect product to fit the bill.
This Lovevery play gym has everything I was looking for and more.
The three hanging toys are a jingle rattle, a soft easy to hold ball, and a crinkle teether. They’re attached with Velcro making it super easy to remove and reattach them without much effort or a full on instruction manual. Because who has time for that?!
Another awesome feature of the Lovevery Play Gym is the section with slots for learning cards. The big girls love to switch these around for Olive. She’s partial to the human faces and high contrast black and whit cards.
I love how this play gym can grow with your baby for so many stages of play. And how perfect is the little canopy cover?! I like to keep that on when I’m working so Olive doesn’t get distracted by me.
Why do these babes grow so fast? Sob.
