My girls call this fudge Peanut Butter Cup fudge- I guess it really reminds them of the Reese’s treat we all know and love. It couldn’t be easier (or faster) to make and turns out delicious every time. Go ahead and sub your own mix of chocolate chips or just use one flavor if you want! This recipe is so easy and really can’t be messed up. Perfect, right?!
Peanut Butter, White and Dark Chocolate Fudge
3 cups chocolate chips (I used 1 cup each of peanut butter, white and dark chocolate chips all from Nestle)
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk (I used fat free but any kind will work)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
Before you start, line a 9×13″ baking pan with foil.
Add the chips and condensed milk to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute until the mixture is completely smooth.
When mixture is smooth and still hot, add the vanilla and salt and stir to combine.
Immediately transfer into foil lined baking pan and spread with a spatula until bottom is completely coated. While still soft, add sprinkles! I used a fun Valentine mix to go with our next holiday but you could use anything you have on hand or leave the sprinkles off all together.
Refrigerate for an hour or until set. Then turn over onto a cutting board, peel away the foil, and cut the block of fudge into bite size squares. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!

I’ve got a few more Valentine treat and craft ideas I’ll be sharing so stay tuned in the next few weeks. This Mama of three is on a mission to get a little bit more festive around here!
