Even though we still have a small stack of cards left to mail and hand deliver, I wanted to share the little Christmas photo shoot I did with the girls for this year’s Christmas Card. It was 20 degrees outside but so help me God, I dragged those sweet (and willing) little girls out to our favorite Nursery (Hahn’s- we get out tree there every year) and sat their adorable little butts down amidst the rows of Christmas trees. I never realized just how useful lollipops could be- and also how strong that red dye is! š
And something else I absolutely loved sending out this year: a family Newsletter! I found and modified this cute free template available here.
Getting these printed at your local print shop was super easy. I just emailed them the 8.5″x14″ file and chose the paper- they were done in an hour and only cost $26 for 80!
To create the actual “photo card” I just put my own text on the picture and ordered regular 4″x6″ prints from Shutterfly using one of their photo sale code (I think I got the pictures at about $0.06 each)! So easy and so much cheaper than real photo cards š
Wishing you a very, very, happy and MERRY Christmas this year!

P.S. All of that red dye came right out of their adorable Ruum dresses! ((Thank Goodness))
