We’ve been very busy these past few weeks in our art room. Little hands have been hard at work and are getting better and better at using art materials like artists. It’s thrilling for me to watch their skills grow and flourish but beyond that, their curiosity in the making process is growing too. Less and less do they need careful, guided, methods and more and more they jump in and problem solve to get from start to finish. It’s fun for me but looks like it’s more fun for them!

And I had to share our beautiful display. I love that my kids artwork is such an integral part of their learning environment. It’s important for children to feel they have a hand in creating their space. This hanging wire (Ikea) works beautifully.
